Oral B Vitality Electric Toothbrush

via
I bought this toothbrush 7 years ago for $20.  It has the radial brushes (as opposed to the back-and-forth motion) that my dentist recommends, and my teeth feel wonderfully clean after using it. It just recently stopped recharging so I bought it again for, you guessed it, $20.  Absolutely no price increase in that whole time!  I'm convinced that you can't beat the value of that.  I'm sure there is better technology out there, but given that you'll pay $100+ for those brushes, I'll stick with mine.  The only downside is that the replacement heads are expensive, roughly $5 a piece depending on where you buy them and whether they're name brand or not.  Just keep an eye out for sales and store brands.

My First High Bounce 3 Wheel Folding SmartBug Scooter

This has to be one of the best purchases in my parenthood.  I only wish I had gotten it for my first child and not just my second.  M LOVES this scooter.  Given that both kiddos are below the average height for most bikes, he was able to keep up with the big boys even as a little guy.  I only wish you could see him tearing down the driveway in this thing, it's priceless!

One thing to note, the legs are not adjustable (even though they look as though they are).  So this truly is for little ones.  The entire scooter folds down, though, so it's easy to store or take with you on a road trip.  The quality is very good and very sturdy.  Hope you enjoy it as much as M does.
